These easy to develop outdoor Christmas trees will include sparkle to your entry.
Christmas is quick approaching! Among the things I look forward to each year is embellishing the outside of our home. I enjoy the magic of Christmas lights at night.
After getting the lights on the home, we still needed some more shimmer for our entry. So I partnered with Kreg Tools and their brand-new task strategy website, BuildSomething.com, to make these outside Christmas trees from 2x4s!

And if you have actually left over 2x4s pieces from other projects, the is a terrific way to utilize them up. Plus, considering that the 2x4s don’t actually require to completely directly, you can use up any somewhat bowing or twisty boards on this project. I understand I had a few of those pieces laying around waiting to become firewood. However not anymore!
However if you need to purchase wood to make these wood Christmas trees, don’t worry … 2x4s and 4x4s are inexpensive!
To make both Christmas trees, it just takes (1) 10 ′ 4 × 4 and (4) 8 ′ 2x4s. All the wood cost me less than $25 at my local Home Depot.

Something that would assist the 4 × 4 center stand easily, but look remarkable at the very same time.
I found these metal Christmas pails at Michael’s Arts and Crafts. The base of the pail has to do with 5 1/2 ″ diameter, which fits the 4 × 4 completely.< img width =" 900"height=" 671 "src ="https://housefulofhandmade.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/diy-outdoor-christmas-tree-with-lights-6-7.jpg 900w, https://housefulofhandmade.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/diy-outdoor-christmas-tree-with-lights-6-7-600x447.jpg 600w, https://housefulofhandmade.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/diy-outdoor-christmas-tree-with-lights-6-7-768x573.jpg 768w, https://housefulofhandmade.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/diy-outdoor-christmas-tree-with-lights-6-7-320x240.jpg 320w, https://housefulofhandmade.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/diy-outdoor-christmas-tree-with-lights-6-7-735x548.jpg 735w"alt= "Close-up of the metal Christmas bucket bases on the wood Christmas trees.

, it was simple to mix up a bit of concrete and fill the bucket. Now the 2 × 4 outdoor Christmas trees are tough and look terrific!
And as much as I liked the method the Christmas trees looked throughout the day … I wanted them to look even better during the night!
